A note from Graham Waddington at Native Breeds:
Over the last year we have had a huge number of enquiries from smallholders and pig keepers wanting their pigs cured or processed. Whilst we have been able to fulfil a few orders we have not had the room or logistics to really fulfil a proper private processing service. So we are having a new room built and some expansions made in our unit; and will be able to offer the service attached. If you think this would be of you, we are able to take some orders from mid November but can start full scale in January.
